1️⃣ Notion: My Digital Brain

Notion is my all-in-one workspace for organizing my content ideas, drafting scripts, and planning my posting schedule.

I use it as a digital brain dump where I store every idea that comes to mind—whether it’s for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn.

One of my favorite features? The table view. It lets me see all my upcoming content in one glance, helping me manage deadlines and stay consistent across platforms.

Perfect for creators who want to stay organized and avoid mental clutter.

2️⃣ ChatGPT: My Creative Sidekick

Let’s be real—writing captions, refining scripts, and brainstorming hooks can eat up hours of your day.

That’s where ChatGPT comes in.

I use AI to:

  • Polish my scripts faster.

  • Generate content ideas when I hit a creative block.

  • Craft engaging hooks and captions for social media.

It’s like having a 24/7 creative partner who helps me think outside the box.

Ideal for streamlining your writing process and saving hours of work.

3️⃣ Tella: Record and Edit Videos Quickly

Tella is my go-to for filming and editing screen share tutorials and talking head videos.

Here’s why I love it:

  • Record your screen and camera simultaneously.

  • Edit videos quickly with built-in AI tools.

  • Add layouts and backgrounds to make videos look polished without needing advanced editing skills.

Here’s how I use Tella:

  1. Record my video.

  2. Click preview.

  3. Edit using the tools on the right side of the dashboard—adding text, transitions, and branding elements to make the video more engaging.

Perfect for creators who want professional-looking videos without spending weeks in post-production.

4️⃣ CapCut: Add the Finishing Touches

CapCut is where I fine-tune my videos. I use it to:

  • Add noise reduction and voice isolation.

  • Insert b-rolls and text overlays.

  • Apply filters for that polished look.

It’s free and powerful, but you’ll need the paid version to unlock advanced features like noise reduction.

A must-have for adding those extra details that make your videos stand out.

5️⃣ Canva: Create Thumbnails and Graphics

For YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics, Canva is my best friend.

Even if you’re not a designer, Canva makes it easy to create eye-catching visuals that stop the scroll. With its drag-and-drop interface and ready-made templates, you can design like a pro in minutes.

Great for creators who want stunning visuals without hiring a graphic designer.

Why These 5 Tools Work So Well Together

Once I’ve filmed and edited my content, I publish to YouTube and then repurpose it for Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and even LinkedIn.

These tools keep my workflow simple, organized, and—most importantly—consistent.

If you’re trying to build your online presence, don’t overcomplicate it. Start with the basics and let these tools do the heavy lifting.
