I’m a freelancer and content creator, and this is my 30-minute content creation system.
From idea → recorded → posted.
No fancy setup.
No overthinking.
Just a repeatable workflow that works even on busy days.

Step 1: Capture Ideas Fast (Don’t Brainstorm)
I don’t brainstorm content.
I collect ideas.
Anytime an idea pops up, I drop it into my idea list.
No polishing. No judging.
By the time I sit down to record, I’m never starting from zero.
The work already started before recording day.
I personally use Notion as my idea collection tool. Each month has its own list, so when I’m ready to record, I simply choose from ideas that already exist.
You can absolutely use Apple Notes or any tool that feels convenient. The key isn’t the app. It’s removing the blank-page problem.
Step 2: Record in One Take
This is where most people slow everything down.
Here’s why it works for me:
I can see myself and my screen at the same time
I don’t need a full filming setup
I can record anywhere, whenever it’s convenient
I don’t aim for perfect takes.
If I mess up, I pause and continue.
Editing later is always faster than trying to be flawless while recording.
